Office Admin Job Description
- To perform in general daily administrative duties (delivery orders, invoices, customer payment entry etc).
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with the production and logistics team to ensure the timely deliveries.
- Establish good relationships with customers, addressing their questions and needs, and providing excellent customer service.
- Support the accounting team in preparing monthly financial reports and statements, including utility expense summaries.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
