**(Front Desk)**
The purpose of the Front Desk position is to manage reception operations and ensure smooth flow of visitors, phone calls, and communication within the organization. The receptionist is responsible for providing a warm welcome to clients, visitors, or patients, as well as ensuring efficient handling of scheduling and administrative tasks.

**Core Duties**:

- Greet and provide professional and friendly service to clients.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the booking system.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure the reception area is always organized.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain financial records.
- Manage client records and ensure confidentiality is upheld.
- Assist in sales by promoting beauty products and services.

**Qualifications & Required Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in reception or customer service is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
