Works with the Head Of Region, Head of Sales, Regional Manager to identify training requirements tailored to the regional business needs and plans an annual training calendar
- Conducts regular Training Needs Analysis in order to determine the most relevant and cost effective training solutions for the region that will improve individual /team knowledge, skills and in turn store performance
- Deploy tactical trainings or other learning initiatives driven from HQ for a holistic go-to
- market strategy and provides relevant insights that can enhance its implementation
- Deploy induction and training for new store openings, new product launches; works with the Regional Leads to ensure quality standards are met; follows through on post shop openings to identify any immediate training needs and provides the appropriate training.
- Builds upon the training content and materials from HQ and deliver them to ensure consistency and quality of content and delivery to meet the specific needs of the region.
- Provides coaching and support to the Retail Supervisors and Area/Account Managers to drive the learning culture through role modeling
- Works closely with Regional Leads to ensure thorough implementation and evaluation of the training programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
