**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services at the best quality and cost.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to optimize procurement processes.
- Stay updated with market trends, price fluctuations, and supplier developments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and procurement best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma in supply chain management, procurement, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the engineering, construction, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with engineering materials, equipment, and supplier networks.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
