**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage pharmaceutical inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excesses.
- Implement efficient inventory control measures, including regular audits and reconciliation processes.
- Work closely with procurement and internal stakeholders to optimize stock replenishment processes.

**2. Logistics and Distribution**:

- Develop and implement effective distribution strategies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize transportation routes, reduce costs, and enhance delivery efficiency.
- Oversee the tracking and tracing of shipments to ensure timely and secure delivery.

**3. Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal regulations governing the storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
- Keep abreast of changes in pharmaceutical regulations and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.

**4. Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of pharmaceutical storage and distribution.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.

**5. Team Leadership**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure a high level of competency and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the warehouse team.

**6. Technology Integration**:

- Evaluate and implement advanced technologies and systems to streamline warehouse and distribution processes.
- Oversee the integration of technology solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and traceability in pharmaceutical operations.

**7. Emergency Preparedness**:

- Develop and implement contingency plans for emergency situations, ensuring the safety and security of pharmaceutical products.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in pharmaceutical warehouse and distribution management.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and quality assurance standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and relevant technologies.
