**Responsibilities**:
The Role of Global Sales Operations Specialist works closely with the Global Sales Support & Operations Manager to support various functions within the B2B Distribution Platform. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in operations management and understand the inner workings of a dynamic tech company.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist in daily operational tasks and ensure smooth functioning of the platform such as account creation and maintaining records for B2B Distribution Platform
- Coordinate and onboard new products and maintain an up-to-date product listing
- Work closely with the account manager to ensure periodic product cost price checks are conducted and implement strategies to mitigate potential risk and losses
- Create and maintain weekly/monthly reports and compiling of sales leads
- Mentor intern and collaborate efficiently with them from daily operational tasks to facilitate smooth handover processes
- Work as a team to maintain good relationships and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and process adherence.
- Help troubleshooting operational issues and providing timely resolutions.
- Support the team in creating proposals or presentation materials
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Other duties as assigned
This role involves handling the setup and updates of reseller products and commissions— tasks requiring attention to detail and coordination. It is part of the maker-checker process to ensure compliance.

- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to document findings clearly.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for the gaming industry and understanding of Razer Gold products is an advantage
