Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors.
- Document controlling of site records inspections and reports
- Assist the Project Manager/Project Coordinator in administrating documents, purchase orders and contracts at the site office
- Arrange for supplies to be delivered in a timely manner either to store or on site where required
- Update manpower movement constantly
- Compile the documents according to ISO requirements.
- Liaise with JKR personnel from time to time

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
