You will be accountable for managing inventory for raw materials and finished goods at Selberan Jewellery and Comyns Silver, and maintaining the optimal inventory levels for both factory and retail locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage gemstone inventory, including tracking, organising, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure a sufficient supply of raw material gemstones, purchased from respected gemstone suppliers, while maintaining accuracy in gemstone specifications.
- Optimise raw materials for product development and replenishment of inventory.
- Grade and evaluate gemstones for various jewellery purposes, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with the factory and retail teams to optimise inventory levels and meet production demands.
- Conduct gemstone training sessions for retail staff.

**Requirements**:

- Have 3-4 years of experience in jewellery merchandising.
- Experienced in gemstone management, inventory, grading, and purchasing, with a keen eye for gemstone selection.
- Have a good command of both spoken and written English. The ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
