**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Key Account Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will lead efforts to generate new business, foster strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth.

**Lead Generation & Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business leads to drive sales growth; and
- Secure new business accounts and expand the customer base by leveraging market insights and networking.

**Field Sales Activities & Territory Management**:

- Conduct proactive field sales activities to engage with clients and manage an assigned sales territory effectively; and
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities within your territory.

**Sales Planning & Organization**:

- Plan and organize personal sales activities and schedule to meet and exceed sales targets; and
- Prioritize tasks effectively to manage time and resources efficiently.

**Cross-Selling & Upselling**:

- Utilize the company’s strengths and ecosystem to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services; and
- Enhance customer value and drive revenue growth through strategic product recommendations.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain and service relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention; and

**Proposal Preparation**:

- Prepare and present courier proposal rates to potential customers, ensuring competitive and attractive pricing; and
- Customize proposals to meet specific customer needs and requirements.

**Sales Visits & Presentations**:

- Carry out sales visits to support strategic discussions and client engagements; and
- Conduct compelling presentations to customers, showcasing product benefits and value propositions.

**Financial Support & After-Sales Service**:

- Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate payment collection and manage financial transactions; and
- Provide excellent after-sales service to address any issues or concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Achievement of Sales Targets**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and daily sales targets as set by the department; and
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure target attainment.

**Reporting & Communication**:

- Submit detailed weekly sales reports to the Senior Vice President (SVP), outlining sales activities, progress, and challenges; and

Any other related tasks as and when is required by the team.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma and above in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent;
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in sales preferably within the courier or logistics industry;
- Good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Melayu;
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is an advantage;
- Possesses adeptness in sales strategies and techniques to promote products or services, driving revenue and customer satisfaction;
- Ability to analyze complex issues, evaluate alternatives, and make informed decisions that contribute to organizational success and growth;
- Capable of articulating ideas clearly and effectively communicating with staff at all organizational levels, fostering a collaborative work environment;
- Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office suite to create documents, analyze data, and deliver effective presentations; and
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for client visits.
