Job Opportunity: Pest Control Operator

**Location**: Petaling Jaya, Selangor (Extensive travel required)

We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable individual to join our team as a Pest Control Operator. This role offers the chance to manage key client accounts across the region and grow your expertise within the industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough inspections to identify pest problems, entry points, and conditions conducive to pest activity.
- Developing and implementing effective pest control programs (treatment, exclusion, etc.) using safe and approved methods.
- Completing all necessary paperwork, service reports, and treatment documentation accurately and promptly.
- Communicating effectively and professionally with clients to explain treatment plans, findings, and preventive measures.
- Maintaining company equipment in clean and excellent working order.

What We Are Looking For
- **Willingness to Travel**: This position requires frequent and overnight travel outside of the Klang Valley to service client contracts.
- **Valid Driver's License (mandatory)**: Must possess a clean driving record and be comfortable driving long distances.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, kneeling, crawling, and working in various weather conditions and environments.
- **Customer Service Focus**: Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to diagnose pest issues and adapt treatment plans as needed.

Experience & Licensing Requirements (Great Growth Opportunity)
- **No Prior Experience Required**: We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. **Full training will be provided** in all aspects of pest management.
