**Job Description**:
**Clinical training and education**
- Responsible for support the development of training programs, presentations, webinars, and manuals for healthcare professionals and patients on the proper use of the company’s products
- Responsible for conducting product demonstrations, workshops and hands-on training for healthcare professionals and distributors.

**Clinical support**
- Responsible to provide in-person and remote technical and clinical support pre, intra and post-surgical procedures. This includes assisting with product handling, implantation, and troubleshooting in operation theatre.
- KOL and key account management
- Manage to build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, nurses, and hospital staff. Act as a trusted product ambassador for the company.
- Able to assist with key account management by following up on job-related events and maintaining customer networks.

**Sales and marketing support**
- Responsible to collaborate with sales and marketing teams by providing product demonstrations, clinical trial support, and competitive product analysis.
- Able to assist in organizing scientific meetings, workshops, and symposium to increase clinical awareness and engagement.

**Quality improvement and compliance**
- Responsible for gathering and reporting user feedback to internal teams, such as research and development and engineering, to help improve product design and user experience.
- Ensure the proper usage and handling of medical devices are in compliance with industry regulations, including FDA and ISO standards.
- Market intelligence
- Manage to stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and advances in relevant therapeutic areas by attending conferences and workshops.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Nursing or an Allied Health Science field. A Bachelor's degree would be a plus.
- 2-3 years of clinical or sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Professional certifications relevant to the product line (e.g., in cardiology or electrophysiology).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
