**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients by managing the front desk professionally.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks when required.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Less than 2 years of related experience in administrative or receptionist roles.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (preferred for effective communication).
- **Mobility**: Must be willing to travel within the city when required.
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- **Technology**: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
