Ensuring that the company complies with all relevant environmental regulations, permits, standards, and mitigation measures prescribed in the EIA and EMP, and maintaining good housekeeping at the site. This may involve conducting regular inspections and audits, reviewing reports and data, and working with other departments and subcontractors to address any issues that arise. - Supervising the installation of erosion and sediment controls on the site as set out in the LDP2M2. Conducting daily inspections of pollution control measures and BMPs as set out in this EMP and updating the daily site book. - Identifying opportunities to reduce waste, conserve energy, and promote sustainable practices within the company's operations. This may involve analyzing data, conducting audits, and developing and implementing new policies and procedures. - Implementing environmental management plans and procedures that address the company's environmental risks and impacts. This may involve conducting risk assessments, developing emergency response plans, and creating procedures for handling hazardous materials. - Conducting monthly site meetings on environmental management and toolbox meeting at the site. - Conducting environmental audits and assessments of company facilities to identify any areas where environmental performance can be improved. This may involve conducting on-site inspections, reviewing data and reports, and working with other departments to address any issues that arise. - Providing guidance and support to the company's operations teams in implementing sustainable practices. This may involve developing training programs, providing technical assistance, and working with other departments to develop and implement sustainable practices. - Developing and delivering environmental training programs for company employees to raise awareness about environmental issues and promote sustainable practices. This may involve developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training program. - Managing the company's environmental reporting and data management systems. This may involve collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and working with other departments to ensure that data is accurate and up-to-date. Measuring and recording rain gauge readings. Conducting in-situ measurements of turbidity at sediment basin and silt trap discharge points no more than 30 minutes after a rain event. If rain continues over 24 hours, measurements must be carried out once daily. - Conducting daily pH monitoring at the sampling station specified in the EMP. - Keeping up-to-date with the latest environmental regulations and trends and recommending actions to maintain compliance and promote sustainability. This may involve attending training courses, conferences, and other events and working with other departments to develop and implement new policies and procedures. - Collaborating with other departments and external stakeholders on environmental initiatives and projects. This may involve working with government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other companies to address common environmental challenges and share best practices. - Communicating with regulatory agencies and other stakeholders on behalf of the company regarding environmental issues. This may involve responding to inquiries, providing information, and representing the company in meetings and other forums.

MRCE is borne upon the decision by Aras Kuasa Sdn Bhd to venture into rare earth mining in Malaysia. We are made up of a team of personnel with various background and knowledge and exposure to the ion-absorption mining. Currently we are at the mining planning stage for the insitu leaching mining of ion-absorption clay in the State of Perak and Pahang.
