**Job Overview**:
We're looking for a **Key Account Executive** with hands-on experience managing accounts in the **retail and pharmacy chain industry**, especially with **Guardian, Watsons, Aeon Wellness**, or similar retailers. This role is crucial in driving our retail growth strategy and maintaining strong partnerships with our key retail partners.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Manage and grow key retail accounts** (e.g., Guardian, Watsons, Aeon Wellness), developing sales and marketing strategies that align with The Raw’s brand values.
- **Build strong working relationships** with buyers, merchandisers, and in-store teams to ensure brand visibility and product availability.
- **Provide training and marketing support** to retail partners to ensure they effectively represent The Raw in stores.
- **Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and promotions**, coordinating with internal teams to resolve supply or operational issues promptly.
- **Assist in planning and executing retail campaigns**, in-store activations, and product launches.
- **Gather market insights and partner feedback** to continuously optimize account performance and retail strategies.
- **Ensure compliance with commercial agreements**, pricing, and brand representation standards.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- Minimum **2 years of experience in retail account management**, preferably with **Guardian, Watsons, Aeon Wellness**, or other major retail chains.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments (Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain).
- Passion for skincare and commitment to upholding quality, safety, and efficacy in brand representation.
Pay: RM2,852.07 - RM3,519.51 per month
