Established in 1985, Precision Springs manufacture high volume Springs and Precision Stamped metal parts for a wide range of industry sectors namely Automotive, Electronics, Consumer-electronics, Tele-communication and Marine industry. We are a World Class Manufacturer exporting to customers worldwide - Germany, Switzerland, Hungary, China, India, Brazil, Mexico, Philippines, Australia and locally in Malaysia. Precision Springs consist of two focused divisions namely Spring division and Stamping division.Our Spring facility consist of CNC Spring machines with capability of handling wire dia 0.1mm to 4.0 mm. Our Stamping Facility consists of press machines from 3T to 200T with capability of handling sheet thickness from 0.04mm to 6mm. We carry out tooling design and fabrication using 3D cad software meeting all customer specifications and requirements. Working from Engineering drawings our Tool designers and Tool makers collectively analyse, plan, design, construct and release tooling for manufacturing with repeatability and productivity. In addition to manufacturing Springs and Metal Stampings, Precision Springs also provide Silver Brazing, Spot welding and Assembly services.
