**1) OPERATIONAL SUPPORT**
- Assist in setting up and implementing IFM processes, SOPs, and reporting systems.
- Coordinate daily operations for client sites, ensuring smooth delivery of cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, pest control, and other FM services.
- Monitor service performance and escalate issues promptly

**2) VENDOR COORDINATION**
- Source and liaise with vendors across multiple service categories at short notice.
- Support negotiations of service agreements, quotations, and performance benchmarks
- Maintain a database of vendors and contractors for rapid mobilization.

**3) CLIENT INTERACTION**
- Act as the first point of contact for client requests and feedback
- Prepare service reports, presentations, and proposals for client reviews
- Support the Division Manager (or senior management) in managing the prospective key account

**4) MARKET DEVELOPMENT**
- Conduct basic market research on IFM services and pricing trends in Malaysia.
- Assist in developing new IFM product offerings tailored to the local market.
- Contribute ideas for cost-effective and innovative solutions.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
