HR Intern

As an intern, you will be given the opportunity to interact with the operational teams to learn and gain insight into the business operations. Internal training and coaching will also be given to developing your technical knowledge and soft skills.
**Job Description**:
3. Process talent acquisition administrative activities such as the administration of offer letters, coordination of medical check-ups, collection of documents, etc.
4. Assist in various Employer Branding activities such as university career talks, career fairs, strategic partnerships with schools, etc. To work closely with various stakeholders in ensuring high-quality and innovative employer branding activities to attract talents.
5. To assist in compiling, updating the Staff Profile information, i.e. GPA / GTA beneficiary, family status, etc.
6. To assist in scanning the P-file and upload to HR Avenue.
7. Support learning and development initiatives.
8. Coordinate and manage training programs.
9. To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
10. Good team player and willing to learn.
**Requirements**:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Human Resource Management or relevant field.
- 3 Month(s) Internship period.
- No work experience is required.
- Internship position(s) available.
- Prefer to start working ASAP.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: From RM1,000.00 per month
