**Job Descriptions**
- Provide high-level administrative support.
- Responsible for arranging, coordinating, and keeping track of any meetings and business appointments with clients, guests, or visitors, which might include preparing refreshments and drinks for the guest.
- Organize and manage the calendar, prioritizing appointments and scheduling meetings to optimize time and reduce conflicts.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Coordinate and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Plan and maintain work calendar and ensure it is accurate and updated.
- Perform general admin duties but not limited to photocopying, binding and storing all company documents.
- Ensuring all incoming calls are answered quickly, taking clear and accurate messages when necessary.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Maintain an efficient filing system, both digital and physical.
- Assist in personal tasks and errands when needed.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by your superior.

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant in a professional office environment.
- Demonstrated high level organizational skills, including experience organizing self and others, coordinating, and initiating work arrangements with mínimal supervision and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- A proactive, presentable, flexible and service-oriented approach.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
