Due to organisational growth and further expansion, a role has been created for a Country Business Development Executive.

**Your new role**

You’ll be responsible with winning staffing contracts in IT/Software, Energy, Engineering, Power Generation, Health or Financial Services Industries. You’ll also be at the forefront in contributing towards the Mid-Longer term strategy of the regional business. The career path for you will evolve into a wider portfolio of service offerings.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ideally you will have at least 3+ years’ of experience as a Business Development or Sales person, within a recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, technology solutions, managed services line of business.
- Poses the ability to prospect new accounts and create a strong value proposition for the client.
- Strong influencer through being proactive, creative, and persuasive of others with new ideas.
- Possesses connections with global MNC’s / Regional level contacts.
- Experience working with customers in Thailand, Malaysia and/or Singapore is an added preference.
