Kelayakan: 1. Calon mesti mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya Peringkat Sekolah Rendah/Menengah/ SPM/ "O", Diploma/Sarjana dalam apa jua bidang. 2. Sekurang-kurangnya 1 Tahun pengalaman bekerja dalam bidang berkaitan. 3. Mahir Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris. 4. Mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang khidmat pelanggan. 5. Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang sangat baik. 6. Mempunyai kemahiran dalam mengendalikan telefon. 7. Mempunyai perwatakan yang menarik. 8. Berkebolehan melakukan pelbagai tugas, mengutamakan dan mengurus masa dengan baik. 9. Boleh bekerja pada hujung minggu. 10. Lokasi Kerja: Pasar Awam Taman Tun Sardon. Tugas: 1. Melayani pelanggan dengan layanan yang mesra serta memberi penerangan mengenai produk Syarikat dengan tepat dan betul. 2. Menerima aduan atau maklum balas dari pelanggan Syarikat dengan cara yang berhemah. 3. Melayani pertanyaan pelanggan Syarikat secara positif dan profesional dengan memahami masalah pelanggan. 4. Memberikan penyelesaian atau cadangan yang berkesan kepada pelanggan Syarikat melalui panggilan telefon, emel atau media sosial. 5. Membuat pemeriksaan stok masuk dan stok keluar Syarikat dengan teliti. 6. Mencetak pesanan pelanggan Syarikat pada setiap hari. 7. Memastikan pelanggan Syarikat menerima pesanan yang betul dan dalam keadaan baik. 8. Membantu menguruskan laman web dan aplikasi mudah alih Syarikat. 9. Mengemaskini pangkalan data pelanggan Syarikat. 10. Menyediakan laporan jika diperlukan oleh pihak pengurusan. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Maternity leave - Professional development **Education**: - Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred) **Experience**: - Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
