**Job Summary**

This position requires assisting Merchandising executives & officers in their daily jobs - Liaising with designers for any sample follow-up - Liaising with Purchasing, PPCD, and store regarding any unsettlement of issues related to the ERP system - All the filling documents from merchandising department are filling in the proper destination.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create Bill of material (BOM) and Sales Order.
- Prepare lab dip requisition form.
- Prepare BOM & Production Order changes requisition form when there is a change in BOM due to design description changes and etc.
- Matching thread for new styles / running styles with minimum supervision.
- Prepare the color card for a new color and also matching color for exhibition, warehouse, and new style proposal
- Prepare approved DD after receiving the final design description from the designer. Prepare stock collection for shipment.
- Review lab dip/shipment sample with supervision from merchandising executive.
- Records all the merchandising documents such as fitting sample follow up, full-size sample follows up, updating the stock collection, lab dip follow up and etc correctly and accurately.
- Monitor the progress of repair merchandise and work closely with Quality Control and Production department.
- Prepare product info for any new merchandise.
- Update / prepare the color card for any color change or new color for merchandising color file
- Request barcode from the customer.
- Assign new projects from time to time.

**Qualifications**
- Possess certification in Marketing, Business Studies, Merchandising, STPM, SPM, or others which is equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in the related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
