- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the organization's commitment to exceptional guest service.
- Monitor and manage guest reservations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
- Stay informed about local events and attractions to provide recommendations and enhance guest experiences.
- Any related task given by superior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
