**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Welcome & Seating**:
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, escort them to their designated seats, and provide a detailed introduction to the Omakase concept and the flow of their dining experience.
- **Order Taking & Menu Presentation**:
Clearly and confidently present the rotating Omakase menu, highlighting key ingredients, the inspiration behind dishes, and any seasonal or special offerings. Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
- **Allergen & Dietary Sensitivity**:
Carefully gather information on guest dietary preferences, allergies, and restrictions, ensuring that these details are communicated clearly to the kitchen. Ensure that dishes are adjusted as necessary and that guests feel comfortable with the choices available.
- **Course Service & Timing**:
Manage the timing of each course, ensuring that dishes are presented at the correct pace to align with the curated Omakase flow. Work closely with the kitchen and expediter to ensure that guests receive their courses in a timely and seamless manner.
- **Beverage Service**:
Provide knowledgeable recommendations for pairing wines, sake, or other beverages with the Omakase courses. Ensure that beverage service is aligned with the flow of the meal, refilling drinks and making adjustments as needed.
- **Guest Interaction**:
Engage with guests in a respectful and professional manner, answering questions about the menu, the ingredients, and the restaurant’s concept. Share details about the sourcing of ingredients, preparation techniques, and the story behind the dishes to enhance the dining experience.
- **Attention to Detail & Anticipation of Needs**:
Anticipate guest needs throughout the service, from refilling drinks to adjusting seating or ensuring that dietary requests are met without interruption to the flow of the meal. Be attentive to subtle cues to elevate the guest experience.
- **Maintaining Standards & Cleanliness**:
Ensure that the dining area, utensils, and glassware meet the restaurant’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Regularly check table settings and maintain a polished environment throughout service.
- **Team Collaboration**:
Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and expediter staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with the entire service team to provide guests with a consistent and high-quality experience.
- **Post-Dining Service**:
Offer polite and timely follow-up after each course, clear dishes efficiently, and ensure that guests have a memorable and complete dining experience from start to finish. Process payment and thank guests for choosing the restaurant.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
