HR & Admin Executive

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Implement, impose and enforce HR Policies, Rules & Regulations and standard HR processes/procedures that align with the company's People Strategy and business objectives.
- Facilitate and support employee performance management process in order to improve employees’ productivity and engagement at work.
- Plan and implement targeted training programs for building employees' competency level
- In-charge of general office administration duties for efficiently supporting the business operations
- Maintain confidential and sensitive employee data and information relating to employee and management issues.
- Perform payroll computation and ensure the timely & accuracy of payroll computation in accordance with company policies and legal compliance.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- At least a Diploma in business-related studies, possess a Bachelor Degree will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience as HR generalist preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent communication skills and able to interact with different levels of employees.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision
- Good street management and able to meet stringent deadlines
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
