Salesman-construction Machinery

We are a well-established and dynamic company specialising in the sale, rental and services (re-conditioning) of new and used construction machinery and equipment.

We are now looking for experience Salesman to join our team

Educational background: Possess at least a Professional Certificate / Diploma or Degree in Human Resource / Business Studies/Administration or related field

Working location at JB branch (Masai)

Experiences: 2-5 years of experiences in Sales, Marketing and Advertising

**Responsibilities**:

- Presenting the products and services to the customers.
- Identifying the potential customers via cold calling.
- Working in collaboration with the team members.
- Meeting the monthly sales goals and expectations.
- Taking feedbacks from the customers and working upon them.
- Making sure the customers are well informed about the sales proposal.
- Tracking and analyzing the sales performance metrics.
- Understanding the current market potentials.
- Resolving customers complaints and issues if any before making the sale.
- Building a positive relationship with the customers.
- Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Preparing monthly sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.

Additional requirements:

- Age range: 23- 40 y/o
- Must have driving licenses
