**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
We are seeking highly motivated IT _Governance, Risk & Compliance_ intern/co-op to join our team. In this role
- Intern will support with coordination of control execution and making recommendations on possible improvements/efficiencies.
- He/she will help support work being executed by external testing partner.
- Support and maintain GRC tool.
- Support external partner by providing requested evidence, setting up time with IT control contacts, and being a liaison to IT for follow-up questions.
- Help maintain a strong control environment in IT Department

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related field
Have knowledge of and the ability to use a PC as well as Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and SharePoint software

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience in IT Compliance / IT Audit is preferred
