Job Summary Responsible as a safety, health & environment officer in the company and work together with safety team and safety committee to ensure safe working environment for employees, following and comply with the rules and regulation and make sure smooth daily operation.

1) To plan and develop for the implementation and administration of safety, health & Environment policies and practices to meet legal requirements.

2) To liaise with external government officers and authorities in related to SHE matters and to ensure policies and regulation are meet their requirement.

3) To establish, and monitor the performance of the workplace safety health & environment committee and Emergency Response Team (ERT)
- 4) To coordinate and conduct where applicable, yearly fire drill, chemical spillage and first aid drills.

5) To well maintain the documentation for DOE and DOSH.

6) To investigate, analyze, make recommendation and maintain reports of industrial incidents / accidents or work hazards to determine causes and propose for preventive measures. Recording and monitoring SHE performance including incident and accident investigation

7) To conduct a safety inspection and coordinate the incident investigation and provide recommendations to mitigate the risk of accident

8) Continuously improving to ensure sustained compliance to OSH law.

9) To conduct induction safety training for new staff

10) To design and conduct training for all staffs

**Qualification**

1) Diploma/Degree in any Environmental Science, DOSH certified Safety and Health Officer or Degree in Occupational Safety and Heath.

2) At least 3 to 4 years working experience in the related field. Experience working in a pharmaceutical company is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
