**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese.

- You are required to work on rotational shifts.
- Must be willing to work in shifts-weekdays nights, full days on weekends, and public holidays
- Problem solvers and ability to perform under high paced working environment.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Answering customer and client questions.
- Handling customer concerns and complaints from client.
- Resolving customer issues.
- Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is positive
- Answering customer calls and directing them to the appropriate recipient
- Communicating with customers via phone, mail and live chat
