Performed daily checking related to laboratory analysis from incoming oil, online checking and finished products (color, moisture content, cloud point and foreign matter).
- Inspection packaging material based on shipping instruction (SI), shipment advice (SA), purchase order (PO) or artwork.
- Report and filing incoming packaging material form, raw material inspection form, quality monitoring storage tank form and finished form inspection form.
- Filing COA for incoming oil and packaging.
- Review lab data, validation and stability protocols/documents, batch records, specifications, and manufacturing orders for compliance.
- Prepare samples for external lab testing and request by shipping.
- Monitor production to ensure that they meet production standards.
- Advise inspection results with QA Exec for any deviation or quality issues for any incoming raw materials and finished products that fail to meet specifications.
- Conduct raw material (oil and packaging) release if meet the specification, and line clearance (before production run).
- Accept or reject finished items.
- Jerrycan checking.
- Support manufacturing through timely process of any quality issues, change controls, assist in customer complaint handling, and investigations to ensure quality products.
- Follow GMP guideline and adhere to SOPs.
- Conduct weekly GMP inspection and report of the area assigned to.
- Keep the laboratory and work place in clean condition.
- Keep retain, tanker and flexibag samples in good condition. Disposed retain samples and flexibag samples after 6 months and tanker samples after 3 months.

**Job Requirements**:

- Atleast 1 year of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.

**Working hours**:
Mon - Fri (09:00am - 05:30pm)
Sat (09.00am - 13:00pm)

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
