**Job Scope**

**Customer Service**:

- Greeting customers as they enter the store.
- Assisting customers in finding products they are looking for.
- Providing information about products, including features, pricing, and availability.
- Handling customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

**Sales**:

- Actively engaging with customers to promote products and encourage sales.
- Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers.
- Recommending complementary products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Processing sales transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Upselling or cross-selling additional items to increase sales revenue.

**Merchandising and Stocking**:

- Maintaining visual merchandising standards by arranging products on shelves or displays.
- Restocking shelves and replenishing merchandise as needed.
- Ensuring products are properly labeled with pricing and other relevant information.
- Monitoring inventory levels and notifying management of low stock or product shortages.

**Store Maintenance**:

- Keeping the store clean, organized, and presentable to customers.
- Performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Checking and maintaining the cleanliness of restrooms and other public areas.
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including securing cash registers and locking up the store.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with promotional events or sales campaigns.
- Participating in training sessions to learn about new products or sales techniques.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to achieve sales targets and store goals.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, sales transactions, and safety protocols.
- Handling other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirement**
- Minimum qualification is SPM and above
- Proven working experience as a promoter.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Gender: Female only
- Age: 18 - 35 years
