MCMC is conducting a strategic Proof of Concept (POC) to support the development of a **National Address System framework**, including complete address and road data collection and the creation of an Address and Road Information Update Ecosystem.

As part of this initiative, MCMC is seeking an experienced **Report Writer** to prepare a comprehensive final report that documents the current landscape, gaps, challenges, stakeholder insights, recommendations, and outcomes of the POC.

**Scope of Work**:

- Conduct 6-10 stakeholder interviews (minimum 6 in person)
- Perform supplementary research and data analysis
- Prepare a professional report in Bahasa Melayu including: Executive Summary, Introduction, Key Findings, Analysis, Conclusions and Recommendations
- Must be able to invoice through a registered company
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience in geospatial and system development-related projects.
- Willing to travel for in-person interviews

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
