**Job description**

The Clinical Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Clinical Manager, ensuring efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care. This role involves a combination of clinical, administrative, and managerial duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help the Clinical Manager in overseeing day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient patient care.
- Assist in developing and implementing clinic policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest dental practices and regulations, and assist in implementing them within the clinic.
- Assist in coordinating and managing the clinical team’s schedules and tasks (rooster).
- Provide support and guidance to staff members, ensuring adherence to clinic protocols.
- Assisting in handling system for a clinic.
- Support in any clinical matters when needed.
- Assist the Clinical Manager in preparing reports on clinic performance and operational metrics if needed.
- Help with documentation and record keeping.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Clinical Manager.

**Requirements**:

- STPM/ Diploma or equivalent; certification or diploma in dental assisting (preferred).
- Previous experience as a dental assistant or in a similar role are welcoming to apply.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft office.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
