Commis Chef

Responsible for all kinds of product preparation, production and serving arrangement in accordance to recipes, guidelines and standards set by the Head Chef.
- Responsible for hygiene and cleanliness.
- Fully aware of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation guidelines and standards.
- Follows the instructions from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.
- Knowledge of basic standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
- Ensures the correct rotation by FIFO, maintains stock level of all food products and to ensure spoilage or wastage at acceptable level.
- Performing all kinds of cleaning duties and ensuring that kitchen and workstations are clean and properly sanitized at all times.
- To regularly assess and monitor to ensure that all equipment remains clean and in good working order.
- Always maintain a professional and positive attitude towards team member and Head Chef.
**Requirement**:
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Able to work weekend & public holiday
- Able to work under pressure
- Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
