We are looking for an enthusiastic **Customer Representative** to be the face of our client and promote their products and services. If you enjoy communicating with customers by face to face, we would like to meet you.

To be a successful **Customer Representative**, you will need to attend fieldwork, road shows and events to showcase our clients. Ultimately, you should be able to increase our client’s brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities.

**Job scope**:

- Provide excellent sales and marketing services and public relations.
- Involved in outdoor sales and marketing activities.
- Attending events and roadshows.
- Assist members of the public in registration of our client’s product and services.
- Communicating about clients' product and services through events, roadshows and site visits.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve customer experiences and product offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident in Malaysia
- Age 18 years old and above
- Internship and fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for our mission and a commitment to ethical fundraising practices.
