**What will you do**:

**Competitor Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze competitor strategies, offerings, and market presence within the Indian market.
- Provide detailed reports on competitor activities, including pricing, product features, and promotional strategies.

**Consumer Insights**:

- Gather and interpret data on consumer preferences, needs, and behaviors specific to the Indian market.
- Utilize surveys, focus groups, and other research methodologies to understand customer motivations and barriers.

**Regulatory Analysis**:

- Stay informed on regulatory changes and developments in Indias financial markets, ensuring compliance and identifying potential risks.
- Provide insights on how regulatory shifts may impact market dynamics and business strategies.

**Webinars & Seminars**:

- Represent the company as a thought leader in webinars and seminars, sharing insights and expertise with industry peers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver presentations that position the company as a leader in the online trading industry.

**Strategic Recommendations**:

- Develop data-driven recommendations to inform marketing strategies, product development, and market entry or expansion plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions.

**Reporting & Presentation**:

- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management, summarizing key findings and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure timely delivery of insights to support decision-making processes.

**Data Management & Tools**:

- Utilize advanced data analysis tools and software to extract, clean, and interpret large datasets.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

**Who are we looking for**:
**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in financial market analysis, research, or a related field, preferably within the financial services, online trading, or fintech industries.
- Strong understanding of the FX & CFDs market, particularly in the context of the Indian market.

**Analytical Skills**:
