1) Develop and execute IT strategies that align with the organization's business objectives and goals. Identify opportunities to leverage technology for competitive advantage.

2) Manage the IT budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-effective utilization of technology resources.

3) Supervise and lead a team of IT professionals, including systems administrators, network engineers, programmers, and support staff. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and conduct performance reviews.

4) Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This includes defining project scopes, milestones, and resource requirements.

5) Oversee the management, maintenance, and expansion of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, data centres, and cloud services.

7) Implement and enforce security protocols to protect the organization's data and systems from cyber threats. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards.

8) Collaborate with technology vendors and service providers to evaluate and select products, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships.

9) Provide technical expertise and support to address IT-related issues and incidents. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems and ensure timely resolution.

10) Ensure that end-users have access to technical assistance and resources. Manage helpdesk operations and provide training to improve users' technology proficiency.

11) Develop and implement plans to ensure business continuity in case of IT disruptions or disasters. Regularly test and update disaster recovery procedures.

12) Stay informed about new technologies, trends, and industry best practices. Evaluate the potential benefits and risks of adopting new technologies for the organization.

13) Monitor IT systems' performance and availability. Implement monitoring tools and take proactive measures to address issues before they impact operations.

14) Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, procedures, configurations, and security policies.

15) Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs, provide IT solutions, and communicate IT-related updates.

16) Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting IT performance, project status, security measures, and budget utilization.

17) Provide training and professional development opportunities for IT staff to enhance their skills and keep up with industry trends.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
