Make sure everything ships on time — no surprises

Handle the paperwork game for exports & duty-free zones like a pro.

Manage complaints in CMS and close those tickets fast.

Drop daily order status updates to Sales — team goals

Plus, take on cool extra tasks that come your way.

Who You Are:
2+ years in Customer Service/Admin, FMCG a bonus

JD Edwards experience? We stan.

Excel whiz — formulas, functions, all the hacks.

Organized, multitasking ninja who thrives in fast-paced zones.

Detail-oriented and a self-driven hustler

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
