A-level Psychology Lecturer

**Employee Specifications & Qualifications**
- Relevant Psychology qualification with a Masters degree.
- Relevant experience teaching external programme, SACE, AUSMAT or A-Level.
- Minimum 2-3 years teaching experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and abilities.

**Teaching Duties**
- To teach on a range of daytime and evening programmes offered by the institution.
- To teach on programmes in other College service delivery areas as may be reasonably required.
- Tutorial and personal development work with a range of students.
- To contribute to the study support services offered at the Learning Centre.
- To prepare lesson plans for effective delivery of lectures and tutorials.
- To upload materials on the Learning Management System (LMS) in a timely manner.
- To plan and develop assignments and projects for students. **To conduct weekly sessions at the Learning Centre to facilitate group assignments or project.**:

- To develop formative and summative assessment for the course and contribute to the exam bank.

**Standards and Quality Assurance**
- Support the aims and ethos of the school (expect detail).
- Set a good example in terms of dress, punctuality and attendance.
- Attend team and staff meetings.
- Undertake professional duties that may be reasonably assigned by the programme heads.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
