**Our Xccelerate Program is an accelerated program crafted to prepare you to be future leaders of tomorrow. The program will provide you first-hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations in an immersive learning environment within the HR Business Partnering, Expertise (Learning, Employer Branding & Talent Management) to equip you to be future-ready.**

- ** Rotation : Business partnering, expertise (employer branding, learning & talent) & other exciting cross-country projects**

**Who Are We Looking For**:

Completed degree and with less than 1 year of full-time working experience**
- ** Proven leadership skills in assuming multiple leadership positions in curricular activities & driven to achieve goals and deliver outcomes**
- ** Passionate about developing a career in HR**
- ** Problem solver with strong systems thinking skills**
- ** Creative & critical thinker with an open mind and high learning agility**
