**Ecommerce & Affiliate Account Management**:

- Manage all the online marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok & others
- Knowledge create SKU code, pricing strategy, monthly banner management, and promotions target achieved KPI sales.
- Coordinate order fulfilment, packaging, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide support for customer requests, complaints, and after-sales service.
- Plan, execute, and monitor online campaigns and promotional activities on e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing department to implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage product uploads, optimize listings for SEO, run platform-specific promotions, and analyse sales reports.
- Track daily performance metrics and ensure alignment with KPIs.

**Manage affiliate programs**, including onboarding new affiliates, tracking performance, and ensuring accurate payouts.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the affiliate program and engage affiliates.

**Livestream Account Management**:

- Lead and manage TikTok live streaming activities.
- Schedule and execute live streaming sessions.
- Monitor livestream quality and ensure compliance with company standards.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

**Additional Information**:

- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
- Strong independence required, as Minirain is a new hygienic business established in January 2024, operating from a home environment with a small team.
- Working location: (Home Business) Seksyen 17, Petaling Jaya, near Seventeen Mall (convenient access to public transport and food options).

**Working Hours**:

- Mon - Fri: 9 AM - 6 PM (Lunch: 1.5 hours)

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
