Maintain the value of the asset, control all operating costs associated with the operation of Suria KLCC, and provide the required level of operational service to retailers within in timely manner & optimum level.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Full time management position with responsibilities to oversee the overall building facility and properties management functions
- To ensure that the operations achieve optimum performance and efficiency through the appointed outsource vendors and in-house operations team
- Managing, directing and monitoring of overall Mall operations performance through supervising and leading the maintenance team to perform repair, service and calibration, troubleshoot and preventive maintenance.
- Responsible for the daily operations which include other routine operations areas such as Security and Housekeeping.
- Ensure daily and periodic maintenance work is carried out satisfactorily as scheduled by the in-house maintenance team and the building services contractors.
- Ensure operation costs are within the budget and in line with relevant technical and safety standards.
- To build and maintain close relationship with all stakeholders and ensure retailers’ needs/issues are managed on timely manner.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical preferred), Building & Facilities Management or its equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Facilities Management, M&E infrastructure, maintenance works such as Annual Building Maintenance/Power Shutdown, Generator full load test requirements
- Proficient in tender process and procurement paperwork
- Posses strong management skills, good in managing customers’/retailers’ expectation and good interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work multi task in a fast paced environment.
