HR Assistant

1. Responsible for daily staff attendance report and update employee leave record.
2. To assist in staff overtime calculation.
3. To assist in recruitment process.
4. To staff onboarding and off boarding process.
5. To assist staff accommodation management.
6. Managing employee uniform and PPE for new hire and existing employees.
7. To work with vendor on the stock up for employee uniform & PPE
8. Locker Management: to oversee and manage employee locker, locker no., keys.
9. To support Company sports & recreation activities, to organize festive celebration, annual dinner or family day, HR teambuilding, birthday celebration etc
10. To attend to employees’ inquiries on HR policies & procedures, to coordinate employee pulse survey.
11. Other ad-hoc duty may be assigned by the Superior from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
