**1) Job scope**: To assist on setting up & dismantling the booth whenever we have events. **2) Working hours**: **1. Asset pickup**: Part-timer may pick up our assets from our HQ a day before the event, **before 6pm.** **2. Set up time**: The set up time for all malls would be a **day prior to the event (after 10pm)** or **on the day of the event (before 9am).** Hence, part-timer must ensure the booth is set up latest by **9.00 am on the day of the event**. Booth location will be shared in the Whatsapp group. Simple set up only: - Install carpet, table and chairs (bunting will be set up by event crew) **3. Asset pickup**:On the last day of the event, part-timer may arrive at **10pm**to pick up the assets. Part-timer must inform in the "WYNKIDS Klang valley Mall visit" whatsapp group an hour before part-timer arrive so that our team can get ready in advance. Checklist will be prepared just to ensure all assets has been picked up. **4. Inform in Whatsapp group**: Once assets have been dismantled and picked up, part-timer must inform in the "WYNKIDS Set up & Dismantling Team" Whatsapp group. **5. Send back assets**:Part-timer may send back our assets to our HQ the day after the event (**latest by 6pm)**. _Example: Sunday event ends, then Monday send back to HQ_ **JOB CRITERIA** 1.Must possess a driving license and must be able to drive **Assets include**: 1) 1 Table (can be dismantled) 2) 2 Chairs (foldable) 3) Carpet 4) 2-4 Buntings 5) Tote bag (with vouchers, brochures, registration forms and pens) 6) Table cloth Ex: 3 mall visits (3 malls once or twice a month; max twice per month) - 1. Starling Mall_ - Date: 4-8 Dec_ - Set up time: 3 Dec (after 10pm) / 4 Dec (8.00 am)_ - Dismantling time: 8 Dec (after 9:30pm) / 9 Dec (before 8am)_ - 2. Tropicana Gardens Mall_ - Date: 12 Dec - 15 Dec _ - Set up time: 11 Dec (after 10pm) / 12 Dec (8:00am)_ - Dismantling time: 14 Dec (After 9:30pm) / 15 Dec (before 8am)_ - 3. Atria Mall_ - Date: 14-15 Dec_ - Set up time: 13 Dec (after 10pm) or 14 Dec (8:00am) _ - Dismantling time: 15 Dec (after 9:30pm) / 16 Dec (before 8am)_ **After done set up, dismantling & collecting assets part-timers may leave.** 1) **Pay**:_RM40 per mall_ Ex: 3 mall visits (Total pay would be RM120) - 1.
