Commercial/Retail Leasing Manager
- Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
- Leading property developer, one of Asia's largest real estate groups

**Responsibilities would include**:

- Prospect for new tenants and work with appointed agents to source for suitable tenants
- Negotiate lease renewals, finalise lease agreements and other leasing related documentation
- Conduct competitive market research and monitor market trends
- Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters
- Discuss renewals and expansion plans with existing tenants to retain occupancy with positive rental reversions
- Build strong relationship with customers and coordinate with various stakeholders
- Establish, maintain and strengthen business relationship with tenants and in turn develop deeper understanding of tenants’ needs, future plans and internal decision-making process regarding tenants’ space requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Preferably with 3-8 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing, title commensurates on experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong leadership, team management, and team-building skills
