**Job Vacancy: Physiotherapist (Nursing Home)**

**Salary**: RM 2,600 - RM 3,500

Working Days: 5 days a week

Location: Bangsar & Klang

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical needs and abilities.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to elderly individuals.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and use modalities like electrotherapy to improve mobility, balance, and strength.
- Assist with post-surgery, injury, or illness recovery to regain functional independence.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Create exercise programs to prevent falls and injuries.
- Educate residents and staff on body mechanics and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams (nurses, doctors) to ensure holistic care.
- Communicate progress and therapy goals to families.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**: Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- **Approach**: Compassionate, patient-centered care for elderly individuals.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
