**Admin Assistant (Secretarial) - 3 months contract**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in preparing and updating of secretarial documents.
- Maintain proper filing of secretarial documents.
- Able to use typewriter for some typing work.
- Assist in printing of invoices and statement for sending out to clients.
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma qualification
- Have basic computer skills (MS Word & Excel)
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Have good communication skills and can interact with clients
- Able to take instructions and adapt to working environment
- Preferably retirees/fresh graduates/junior executives or its equivalent
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
