**Job description**
- Ability to follow quality standards & evaluate the adequacy via internal audit.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance and conduct root cause analysis report / chart.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions and to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify training needs and organize internal trainings for the year.
- Support on-site external audit conducted by external providers. (ISO audit by Lloyds)
- Lead Internal Quality Audit and Management Review.
- Prepare reports of quality inspections
- Adhere to industry quality and safety standards and requirement. (MeSTI audit by FOSIM, JKKP audit by DOSH.)
- Knowledge of HALAL Certification, HACCP or ISO 22000:2018 certification.
- Implementation risk management activities to monitor compliance to factory operation.
- Ability to conduct Factory Visit (at 2 locations and work closely with factory team’s quality development to improve existing processes or procedures.
- As Health and safety officers (HSOs) to be responsible for reducing the risk of accidents and work-related injuries in the workplace
- Review existing policies and measures, organize OHS training, inspect premises and work activities, investigate incidents, and prepare reports on occurrences
- Identify hazards, ensure compliance with legislation, and promote a culture of health and safety in the workplace.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English & Malay
- Knowledge to use web-based registration for regulatory renewal or registration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft excel, words and power point and/ or other presentation systems usage.
- Minimum 3 years of QA & HSO experience especially in office & factory environment.
- Understanding of factory & machinery act & safety.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
