About the role

As a Sales Assistant at Cahaya Aulia Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and expansion. This full-time position is based in Johor Bahru, Johor, and will involve working closely with our sales team to identify and secure new clients and opportunities.

What you'll be doing

Prospecting and identifying potential new clients within your designated territory

Conducting market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities

Arranging and conducting sales meetings and presentations to pitch our products and services

Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals with new clients

Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline

Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and customer relationship management

Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

At least 2-3 years of experience in new business development or sales in the Sales industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset

Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs

Familiarity with sales reporting tools
