**Position: MS Dynamics CE CRM Developer**

**Work Location: Sentul, Kuala Lumpur**

**Work Arrangement: Hybrid**

**Responsibilities**:

- Configure and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps, specifically focusing on Field Service and Customer Service.
- Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins to meet business requirements.
- Translate functional designs into technical specifications and ensure projects are completed to exact requirements.
- Adhere to best practices and coding standards in.NET and Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of solid functional and technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and related Microsoft products.
- Deep understanding of the CRM Platform, including scripting, plugins, workflows, dialogs, client extensions, and the SDK.
- Good understanding of core CRM Functional Modules, particularly Field Service, Customer Service, and/or Sales.
- Extensive experience in ASP.NET programming skills using C# (MVC, Web API) and Enterprise integrations (SOAP/XML/RESTful web services).
- Strong knowledge of web-based technologies and client-side scripting using JavaScript.
- Practical experience with other Microsoft technologies such as MS SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, and Office 365.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in D365 CE modules is a plus.
- Knowledge of Azure tools and technologies for integration and extending Dynamics 365 capabilities is a plus.
- Working Knowledge of Portal with advanced customization is a plus.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
