**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, 3D models, and design presentations using BIM software (e.g.Revit).
- Collaborate / assist architects in project coordination, design development, and project documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, schedules, and specifications.
- Participate in site visits and assist with the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
- Assist in the production of presentations, reports, and design documentation.

**Requirements：**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Part 1) or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural design and BIM implementation.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit and other relevant design tools.
- Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and best practices to ensure effective collaboration and model management.
- Solid knowledge of local building codes and regulations, ensuring that architectural designs and BIM models are compliant with legal and technical requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
